Learn Rainbow Body Yoga
A complete nondual path to joyfully attain full Liberation
Rainbow Body Yoga (RBY) is a combination of tantric yoga, including mantras, visualisations, mudras and breathing exercises, Dynamic Concentration and so-called non-meditation, or pure awareness recognition (Dzogchen Atiyoga).
While highly effective, the practice is easy to learn and especially designed for laypeople that, due to other responsibilities, have limited time for practice. Once learned the whole series of practices takes about 35-45 minutes to from beginning to end.
The purpose of Rainbow Body Yoga is to clear out the habitual mind patterns and emotional traumas which are the causes of dualistic confusion & discontentment in everyday life. The practice can be learned by anyone with normal health and life situations, regardless of previous meditation experience.
Pragmatic Vajrayana Buddhism for the Western Mind
Pemako Buddhism is a yogic community of laypeople who practice a nonreligious, pragmatic and modern form of Vajrayana Buddhism. Pemako Buddhism teaches effortless and natural nonmeditation, and transformation of inner obstructions, through sutra- and tantra-methods. We combine both secular and esoteric approaches, firmly based on ethics and common sense.
Our way of practice is nonreligious for we do not accept views without firsthand experience acquired through yogic practice. Our approach is pragmatic for we speak openly of our experiences and insights, without mystery or taboos. Many in our community have spent considerable time training in other methods before Pemako Buddhism. Our approach is especially suitable for laypeople, with families, work and other responsibilities.
